Sweet potato panellets

Form small balls of about 12 g with your hands. Coat or cover them with the desired ingredients. To make the coconut adhere better, first paint the panellets with egg. The others should be painted after decorating them, with the help of a kitchen brush, without soaking them in egg.
Place on a tray with non-stick greaseproof paper and bake for about 15-18 minutes, until they begin to brown. Watch them carefully so that they do not overcook, or they could become too hard. Let them cool on a wire rack.
